Benfatti Construction announced it has joined in support of the Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety’s (IBHS) FORTIFIED Home™ program. We will work to make our communities more resilient by improving the ability of our nation’s homes to resist severe weather by promoting FORTIFIED Home’s voluntary severe storm protection system upgrades. FORTIFIED Home was introduced by IBHS in 2010 as a voluntary set of home upgrades. Today, FORTIFIED Homes are being built in many of America’s coastal communities. We believe in strengthening our communities and will continue to demonstrate our commitment to help our customers protect what is priceless.

Design

 

Benfatti Construction is involved in the pre-construction process; working with clients, draftsmen, and engineers to develop realistic preliminary budgets and schedules.  We work  with owners to put a plan in place to manage the project throughout the planning stages that begins with designing  Floor Plans, Exteriors and Interior Design to the completion of the project.  Being a family-owned company we understand the value of establishing lasting relationships with our clients, and embrace the opportunities to help create your dream home.

Donna Benfatti, our in-house designer, has been motivated by a desire to better serve our customers since 1994, gracing their homes with style, sophistication, elegance and warmth that captures the essence of those who live in them.  The primary focus of any project involves integrating clever design with the finest quality craftsmanship while pinpointing and incorporating every aspect and detail of an interior space.  This is where Donna Benfatti excels by applying her practical and technical knowledge of what makes an interior work.
